MatchQuarters Terms of Service & Subscription Policy

1. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

• The Content: All written breakdowns, telestrations, custom metrics, and video clinics are the exclusive intellectual property of MatchQuarters.

• Single-User License: Paid subscriptions grant a single-user license to consume the content for personal or professional coaching development.

• No Redistribution: Scraping, copying, or distributing premium Substack articles, downloadable PDFs, or YouTube/MatchQuarters video clinics to non-subscribers, public forums, or external platforms is strictly prohibited.

• Credential Sharing: Account credentials are for individual use only. If database audits reveal flagrant credential sharing (e.g., an entire coaching staff operating on a single paid login), MatchQuarters reserves the right to immediately terminate the account without a refund.

2. Billing, Renewals & Pauses

• Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions ($8.99/mo or $90/yr) automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless actively canceled or paused by the user prior to the renewal date.

• Off-Season Pausing: Users may utilize the platform’s native pause feature (1, 3, or 6 months) via their account settings. Paused accounts will automatically resume active billing at full price at the end of the selected term.

• Refund Policy: All sales are final. Because the product is instantly accessible digital IP, MatchQuarters does not offer prorated refunds for canceled annual or monthly subscriptions once the billing cycle has triggered. Access remains open through the end of the paid term.

3. Account Management & Database Auditing

• The Churned Paid Rule: Former paying customers retain their account history and will not be deleted from the system, regardless of current activity metrics.

• Ghost Purges: MatchQuarters reserves the right to conduct routine database audits and permanently purge dormant free-tier accounts (0 opens, 0 views, $0 lifetime value over 180+ days) to maintain list health and deliverability.

• Community Standards: The comments section is a professional coaching environment. MatchQuarters reserves the right to revoke access to any user engaging in toxic behavior, harassment, or persistent off-topic spam.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Application of Concepts: MatchQuarters provides schematic analysis, historical coaching context, and data evaluations for educational and analytical purposes. We are not liable for on-field unit performance, team records, injury, or coaching employment outcomes resulting from the implementation of these schemes or techniques.
