Unlocking defensive line play techniques using Pete Jenkins' "Attack-React" and "React-Attack" concepts, designed for single-gap and gap-and-a-half defensive lines.
From my understanding of TGOG, it would be a combination of the two techniques. Your “2 Gap” players would play RA and your “1 Gap” players would play AR. In a 4 down structure, any DL who does NOT have a man in his adjacent gap plays “2 Gap”. If you DO have a man in your adjacent gap then you are a “1 Gap” player.
So Cody let’s say you want to run the Rocky long 3-3-5 but want to streamline the techniques for the dline you want them to be great at something not just okay at one thing so you go all in on attack react how would you structure your run fits and coverages based off that decision
Hey Cody where does Two Gap Open Gap fall into?

Bingo. Probably the easiest way to explain it to your athletes.

Spill-Overlap marries so well with Odd Front structures.
Pretty sure that is React-Attack
Okay I always forget football is the Tower of Babel
100% & even the RA-AR is bastardized from the original Jenkins teaching.
